Presspan in rolls
Due to its high chemical purity, this presspan is particularly suited for:

• Interlayer insulation in liquid-cooled transformers
• Pressspan is a special product on the basis of the purest wood cellulose fibres. Without additional binding agents, these are made up into a fibrous web and then pressed. Due to its high chemical purity, presspan is particularly suited as an insulating material in electric machines, capacitors, etc., and especially in oil-cooled transformers.
• Insulation class A (105 °C) according to VDE 0530 part 1
• Proven insulating material on cellulose basis
• Material properties and the procedures for testing and inspection are defined in IEC 641.
• Further processing is ensured since the presspan can be punched, folded, cut and formed without difficulty.
• High electric dielectric strength
